Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Team Lead. The main aspects of the role are - To maintain the company’s certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO14001:2015 standards, and to ensure that best practice in followed in terms of process for all remaining standards. To ensure that all staff are supported and trained in compliance with ISO standards requirements. Management of business management system (BMS) team members including appraisal and all other aspects of maintaining both personal and business related targets. Maintain document control and control of records including data information requirements as necessary Manage the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions in a timely and proactive manner in line with the BMS. Adhere to and support requirements of the Company’s compliance code and risk management system as required. Maintain focus on actions to address risk, including corrective and preventive actions with direct liaison with all senior management. Support all areas of company compliance and legislation including Compliance Code, Legal Register, JSOX, Compliance Declarations and any other compliance requirements of the company. Managing completion of the audit schedule to meet the company annual audit plan and in line with KPI requirements. To review and close audits in a timely manner. Collate relevant management system performance reports against the improvement plan, in line with company strategy. Developing and promoting quality assurance and quality improvement activities to support business success. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Essential skills and Qualifications - Minimum of two years in a similar role at a supervisory level Experience of implementing and maintaining to ISO standards CQI Quality Management Certificate or Diploma or equivalent Please note CV’s will only be considered for this role with the above skills and qualifications.
