Overview
Electrical Building services maintenance role with a leading FM provider in central London, working in commercial buildings. Client Details Leading Nationwide FM provider working with a prestige portfolio of clients. Description PPM & Reactive Maintenance Fire alarm test, changing bulbs valves ect. Mechanical Maintenance, plant rooms BMS, AHU's FCU'S. Some fabric and mechanical assistance as and when. other Adhoc duties. Completing compliance paperwork and job completion forms. Assisting senior members of staff and attending to Clients needs. Profile Level 2/3 electrical NVQ or C&G 17/18TH Edition Must have previous experience in a similar role good attitude towards work including attendance and punctuality.
