Our client, a leading medium sized law firm, is looking for a transactional Commercial Property Paralegal to join them on an initial nine month basis. A full service firm, they are known for their commercially focused legal advice with a variety of clients. Ranging from large multi-nationals and FTSE 100 listed companies to HNW individuals and mid-size organisations, the firm are known for working on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. Ranked Tier 2 in the Legal 500, the Commercial Property team are highly regarded in the City market and work with a variety of corporate clients across several sectors. As the role will be to act as the sole organiser of SDLT and LR transactions, it is vital that potential applicants have had significant previous experience with these matters and be comfortable in addressing and challenging senior stakeholders in the business.
