New Role: Corporate Governance and Policy - Global Bank

Overview

One of the world's largest banks is seeking to hire a senior individual to lead on the implementation and roll out of a new Corporate Governance and Secretariat division. This is a new role for the Bank and whilst initially stand alone, it will be expected to grow and build a team around it (circa 5 - 10 FTEs) The role will interact with the highest stakeholders globally in developing corporate governance policy across ExCo and multiple Boards of Directors and act as a subject matter expert in developing policy on a global scale. Candidate Requirements: You should have solid technical experience in Corporate Governance matters, specifically Listings Rules and Companies Act matters. You therefore may be a qualified Company Secretary or qualified lawyer. Experience of developing and implementing policy is a significant advantage in this role. Outstanding communication skills with an ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, globally. Organisation and project management skills will need to be demonstrated This is an outstanding new role in the market for the right individual.
