The role – Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services: We are looking to grow our In-House Financial Services team and are looking for someone to work in collaboration with our current highly skilled consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and mapping the legal market, expanding the EJ Legal network and headhunting lawyers in the Financial Services sector. What we are looking for: You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting lawyers in the Financial Services sector. You will have ideally trained as a lawyer and moved into legal recruitment, working at one of the leading recruitment firms. We also welcome lawyers with no legal recruitment experience to get in touch. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a friendly team. You will have strong communication skills, an ability to handle diplomatically demanding candidates and clients, be adaptable and think commercially. Good connections with the legal Financial Services sector would be preferable. What we offer: At EJ we pride ourselves on our mature, collegiate and relaxed culture.
