Overview
2nd lawyer required at a new challenger bank that focuses on SMEs. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will undertake a broad ranging and hands-on role as detailed below: Day to day legal advice (employment, IP, property, banking) General corporate commercial agreements Corporate projects (fundraising, shareholder agreements, share schemes) Assisting with internal and external compliance and operations in relation to regulatory matters (PRA and FCA, Data Protection) Currently working either in-house within the financial services sector, or at a leading law firm where you will advise financial services companies, you will want to work in fast paced environment where your actions will be directly visible to the board.
