Legal 200 practice in West Yorkshire seeks driven Housing Management/Property Litigation Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity for talented Housing Management/Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client’s Lexcel accredited firm in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload, whilst providing first-class client care. Responsibilities • Housing management litigation • Injunctions • Possession • Disrepair • Cases before the FTT • Non-contentious matters • Undertaking advocacy • Advising on policies • Drafting tenancy agreements • Supporting partners on large and more complex matters • Supervising junior staff • Marketing and business development • Providing training to clients The Candidate • Solicitors with 2-5 years’ PQE • Solid experience in housing and property litigation matters • Strong technical ability • Excellent leadership and case management skills • Demonstrates a flair for nurturing client relationships and commercial approach The Firm A highly-regarded practice headquartered in the City, our client offers a full range of legal services to business and individual clients based both locally and further afield.
