Overview
A Group owned Advertising Agency based in Soho are looking for an ambitious junior to join their exciting, busy business. This is a permanent opportunity. Duties include: Process AP invoices Raise PO's Manage supplier queries and payments Help managing timesheet system, tracking and chasing missing timesheets Help managing Procim Support Assistant Finance Manager in preparing Journals Running reports out of finance system (SAP) Prepare expenses for senior members of staff Support Finance Team in any ad hoc tasks. Requirements: A finance qualification or strong academics is essential Good excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table) Previous experience within af finance department of any kind is advantageous Experience within a Media Agency is preferential, but not essential Commercial outlook; An awareness of consumer & business world
