They are looking for someone join their growing team and continue to drive service quality & improvement. They offer plans, structure, deploy, test and manage robust, reliable security solutions. They currently manage over 1,000 security services for more than 100 customers across 5 continents. The client-base spans across multiple sectors including banking, telecoms, retail, government, insurance and leisure. They have seen huge growth in recent years due to the high standards of work that they produce for their clients and are now looking for a talented Network Security Engineer to help continue this exciting upwards curve. The role will involve: Driving improvement of documentation to support service. Maintain, support and develop internal systems and procedures for users andconsultants. Internal and customer project engagements, delivering on-time to specification. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned account support and working with internal staff. To be considered for this role, you should have: Minimum of 12 months experience working as a Network Security Engineer within a consultancy or support environment. NOC environment experience is essential, along with a good level of understanding and experience with NOC process and procedures. Experience using multivendor firewalls such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet and MacAfee. An understanding of and experience working with network security technologies is essential, these include: IDS/IPS, encryption, firewalls, certificate authority, etc. Proven ability to keep up to date with technical developments and latest trends in cyber security and willingness to adapt to those changes. Crucial knowledge within the security areas like identity and access management, security policies, processes and procedures are fundamentally important.
