Overview
Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for a well established local small contractor that specialise in design and build, new build and refurbishment The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on projects up to £2 Million in Value, and will assist in the Estimating of new tenders. Being a small company we need somebody that can assist in pricing work, programming work, material and sub contract procurement, and generally assist the owner in management of the company and supply chain. In order to be successful you will need: - Have considerable work experience with a UK Main / Regional Contractor - Have experience of preparing estimates for projects in excess of £1 Million in value - Preferably experience within the residential refurbishment and new build sector - Experience as Quantity Surveyor / Estimator on a mixture of new build, design and build and refurbishment projects. - Be Driven, a great communicator and strive to achieve In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for the area and a flexible working environment.
