Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers: Understand project requirements by working closely with our creative team.

• Develop Accurate Estimates: Use CAD drawings and standard pricing tools to create detailed cost estimates.

• Vendor Management: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers, focusing on complex project elements like high-end installations.

• Client Collaboration: Adjust estimates according to client feedback, aligning with budget and quality expectations.

• System Management: Ensure all project data is accurately maintained in QuickBooks and HubSpot for effective communication and tracking.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimator: You bring experience in construction estimation and are skilled at interpreting CAD drawings.

• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your priority, ensuring that all estimates are reliable and comprehensive.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with HubSpot.

• Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for client and team interactions.
