Are you a talented and ambitious Deputy Care Manager living close to the Holloway area of London looking for the next step in your career to become a Registered Manager? They are looking for a Registered Manager that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers wants it, when they want it and is to the highest possible standard. £28K - £35K per annum DOE Full-time including shared on-call Your role as Deputy Care Manager progressing to Registered Manager is essential to the successful running of the business, we are looking for a true leader of people, someone who can inspire a team and bring out the best in them and mirror the company values. You will be passionate about providing high-quality homecare and be excited about working for a special organisation that will help you progress and further your talents. You will also: - Develop and improve business performance and quality. Ensure the business continually grows, whilst maintaining quality. Develop a dedicated team who have excellent values and mirror the company ethos. Have a minimum 1-years’ experience in Domiciliary Care Management as either a Manager/Deputy/Senior Care Coordinator; Have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, ideally Level 5.
