Overview
This company has been a brand leader for the past 20 years in gothic, Heavy Metal and alternative clothing and accessories, with printed t-shirts and girls fitted garments being sold worldwide. They are passionate about their designs and are always looking to improve their service to an ever-expanding clientele. They have a distribution network in 20 territories and their E-commerce customer base are spread across the globe. Their online presence includes their UK Odoo website, US Shopify website, top marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc), number of affiliates and several direct dispatch customers. As they are a tight-knit group, you will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also have the ability to self-manage your workload. The job requires taking a great deal of initiative and showing care for the company, along with displaying an enthusiasm to expand on the brand's popularity and increase customer satisfaction. Your role will involve looking after and acquiring new shops and chains for their wholesale department along with establishing relationships with them to provide a better service. Strong communicator with a professional but approachable attitude along with decent telephone manners. Microsoft Office along with basic computer knowledge required. 35 Hours per week 10:00am to 6:00pm (flexible options considered) Possibility of bonuses/commissions based on performance through 3 month trial period. Holiday Entitlement: 4 weeks p/a Car parking available Located in Croydon with just a five minutes walk from East Croydon station (ten minutes train ride from Victoria)
