Overview
Altum Consulting are pleased to be working with one of UK's leading REIT's in their search for a well-rounded Finance Manager. Our client is going through a considerable period of growth and with this comes the need to improve processes and increase productivity throughout the finance function. The business has just implemented a new ERP system and requires a candidate with previous experience working with systems rather than just Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities, Reporting to the board and actively taking part in the management accounts review Producing board reports Manage all aspects regarding invoicing, debtor and credit control Ensure compliance with group strategy, policies and procedures Direct management of team members, mentoring junior staff etc. Shareholder reporting Manage the budgeting process in line with business requirements Provide financial data when required Manage the statutory accounts process and liaise with the external audit teams. Required experience, Qualified accountant ( ACA,ACCA or CIMA) At least 2-3 yeatsPQE Knowledge of reporting systems such as Workday etc. Ability to produce accurate and timely reporting Experience of compliance, treasury and operations
