Overview

Head of Software Development (Business Process Automation) Client: Global IT Consulting Organization Location: Yorkshire Salary: £90K Basic Bonus & Benefits Interested in speaking to a Software Development Manager for Global Robotic Process Automation team. This is a role which requires an in-depth understanding of the full SDLC. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multi-million budget projects across the full software development life-cycle (SDLC), utilising both Agile and Waterfall technique, plan & manage multiple projects and possess excellent Stakeholder Management skills. Role: Software Development Manager for Global Robotic Process Automation project a major Financial Services organization based outside of Dublin, Ireland or NE England. (Leeds) This is a role which requires an in-depth understanding of the full SDLC and the ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multi-million budget projects across the full software development life-cycle (SDLC), utilising both Agile and Waterfall technique, plan & manage multiple projects and possess excellent Stakeholder Management skills. Developing and Maintaining the development/configuration standards for all system and create an environment to govern all developments/configuration in these environments whether developed by Link group staff or external contractors. Lead multiple delivery teams (UK/India) through full SDLC Work with the Resource management team to ensure that we have sufficient resources to deliver all projects and initiatives. Ensuring that Priority Classes are highlights and addressed by work with stakeholders as necessary Contributing to the Best Practice and Tooling Standards to be used and aligning with wider Link Group Standards where appropriate. The role requires some experience with BluePrism or PEGA and further responsibilities will include: Ensuring that Pega, SAP and Blue Prism System remain in the Top Decile of system availability and uptime.
