Page Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a new Head of Contact Centre Client Details Our client is a market leader within their field and are now looking to appoint a new Head of Contact Centre at their modern offices in Leeds Description Key Responsibilities Include; Provide operationally leadership across the contact centre function, ensuring company values are embedded by being a role model Implement and roll out KPI's across the function ensuring performance is achieved, and taking corrective action is required Look at all existing process and procedures where required and make amendments where required that will improve the customer journey and efficiency's Support a team of Operations Managers with regular training, development & 1-2-1's Work closely with Resource Planning functions to ensure maximum outputs are achieved and peak periods are accounted for Profile The Successful Candidate; Prior management of large headcounts within contact centre environments Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong knowledge of WFM systems Extensive stakeholder management experience Ability to lead and motivate Experience of delivering on performance Job Offer This is an exciting opportunity to join a Leeds based organisation as a Head of Contact Centre.
