This role has a primary focus working on initiatives related to the technology workforce and its key stakeholders in the UK. Job Purpose : You will be working as part of a global, lean team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across borders and get involved in a variety of activities, including drafting communication plans, managing digital and in-person events, designing and building digital and offline collateral. The primary purpose of the Change & Community Coordinator is to plan and implement initiatives to support Computershare Technology Services (CTS) team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and collaborative individual to work in a department looking to build their community, expanding across global offices. Key Accountabilities: Analysing workforce data, measuring and reporting on the performance of initiatives and project coordination. Major projects and programs within CTS where there are people-related change Creating effective and engaging communications related to change projects and the strategy, priorities and purpose of CTS and all its competencies. Ensuring our teams can listen to and learn from the voice of our internal and external customers. Ensuring leaders across the technology organisation listen to and learn from the voice of our people. The coordination of capability analysis and a range of subsequent learning initiatives from within and outside the organisation. This team enables the interaction of a nurturing and thriving community across multiple teams, sites, geographies and both within CTS and in conjunction with our internal and external customers and partners.
