Role Change Manager Location Edinburgh, UK Employment Type/Duration 3 - 6 Months Contract Tentative Start Date NA Job Description/Responsibilities Experience dealing with high volumes of change in a timely manner Experience managing technical conflict and scheduling appropriately Solid experience of technical infrastructure and the ability to understand interdependencies between components within a technical change Experience reviewing technical planning and the ability to assess the suitability of those plans without necessarily understanding all of the technical detail Experience managing stakeholder conflict in a professional manner An excellent understanding of the relationship between good change governance and Customer service protection and the ability to apply common sense in order to deliver outcomes safely ITIL V3 foundation qualification Experience working within an enterprise environment with more than 1000 customers Experience taking escalations where a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved for all Experience in guiding an organisation towards evolving change governance maturity Experience Setting, Adjusting and interpreting KPI's for change management where MI may be difficult or non existent An understanding of industry standards for process governance and the ownership of benchmarking our process and improving our maturity scores
