Overview
Operation Change Project Associate Eden Scott's Client is currently recruiting an Operation Change Associate specialist to join there Investment operation team in Edinburgh. The successful individual will be responsible for all operational change including the On-boarding of products mandates for the EMEA region and support global colleagues. The operation team is responsible for all market opening requests for all pooled vehicles and segregated mandates which include due diligence process The ideal person should have the following experience Manage of change project which are assigned to the team Manage the product management and product level of change management from operations Coordinate all operational change processes which related to client mandates for example new funds terminations and in specie transfers Assist with the business Investment Management Agreement review process Maintained authorised signatory list and their distribution Regulatory reporting assesses and implement when required across MIDID AIDMID FATCA/CRS Process and oversight of the market due diligence process Market renewal of POA Management Deal with operational risk and issues, Relationship management i.e. internal and external stakeholders Design and delivery of technical business specifications on business cases, Person Specification Previous Change Project Experience would be advantageous Understanding of a Project Lifecycle Strong knowledge of Securities markets , Equities , Foreign Exchange , Fixed Income and Derivatives and Corporate Actions Methodology A team player, able to cope with individual responsibilities Highly accurate with outstanding communication skills If you feel you can rise to the challenge, please contact Karen Kerr at the earliest opportunity on 0131 550 1129 or e-mail Eden Scott offers the services of an employment agency for permanent work and an employment business for temporary work.
