This client is located in beautiful offices in the City and is looking for young professional graduates to join their growing team They are a successful recruitment company specialised in various lucrative sectors such as, Accounting & Finance, Risk and Compliance. They play a pivotal role in the growth, and diversity and inclusion, of the top 12 banks. £23,000 basic salary £25k after two months then £27k after 3-5 placements If you bill £250k you earn minimum £100k bonuses paid quarterly. Successful candidates will possess the following An interest in the commercial world; a genuine desire to learn about global market trends A passion for working collaboratively in a small team A confidence to work with senior level candidates in the Finance industry A drive to build a successful career in market research and talent acquisition Exceptional written and spoken communication skills Your role as Graduate Recruiter will include Attending client briefings, understanding the role you can play in the growth of your Consultancy client Gathering market intelligence from speaking with candidates and clients in the Finance space Working alongside team to provide in depth documentation for your clients Identifying leaders in your field, who could implement the changes highlighted With offices in New York, Amsterdam and London this company offer the chance to work globally once progressing to management if that is a route you would like to take.
