Overview
Our client is a professional services business looking to hire a new credit controller into their finance team to support their rapid growth. They are looking for a candidate who is very ambitious and has the desire to work autonomously. To work with the sales ledger and manage the collection of debt from those customers and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner Responsibilities Debt Recovery Set targets for credit controllers Chasing payments via telephone and email Maintaining existing client relationships Producing age debt reports Resolving queries Reduce DSO Dealing with large clients Cash allocations on Extracting allocation Working with £3m ledger Undertake reconciliations Managing numerous accounts Negotiating and arranging payment plans Ensuring all SLA’s are met regarding invoice requests Sending Invoices out to clients Skills Required Confident phone manner Build rapport with clients Experience in professional services industry Positive and hardworking attitude If you believe you're a match for this role, apply now
