Commercial Asbestos Surveyor £32,000 - £35,000 Benefits North London Our client, a leading Environmental Consultancy are on the look-out for an experienced and self-starting Asbestos Surveyor to facilitate the delivery of a number of medium - large scale commercial & industrial projects located across London and surrounding areas Operating nationwide, this UKAS accredited company has gained a well-respected name for themselves and have built and impressive portfolio of clients in the public and private sectors. On offer is a very competitive basic salary between £32,000 - £35,000 a full benefits package which includes a company vehicle, smart phone, company pension, 25 days holiday bank holidays and the opportunity to take the lead on a number of projects and develop experience in project management. Role Requirements: BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in asbestos surveying Excellent client facing skills as you will be providing efficient consultancy services to the company's clients Broad range of experience working on large-scale commercial projects Full UK driving license Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office packages Broad understanding of HSG: 264 and the asbestos legislation in relation to asbestos Due to the current climate, an estimated start date for this position will be in May 2020.
