Are you a techie who's made the leap into management? Do you excel building and getting the most out of relationships with suppliers and third parties? In your new IT Manager role you'll be leading a growing team of Server and Hardware Engineers within a large scale environment for a tech company. You'll be an IT Manager who can inspire your team of high-class Engineers to deliver and make their job as easy as possible by cutting through challenges and issues. Your technical Infrastructure background will ensure you have the credibility to ensure your people follow you. You'll be able to show your pragmatic approach in delivering simple solutions to complex problems. Crucially as IT Manager you'll use your commercial acumen to ensure the company are getting the most from their suppliers; can you cast a critical eye over what technology is being provided? Do you know what's coming next so you can drive efficiency? As IT Manager getting the most out of your infrastructure partners and vendors and taking on board their best practice will be a key focus of yours. You'll enjoy working within an informal environment where people can't afford to get tied down with bureaucratic processes or meetings about meetings.
