As Procurement and Asset Analyst you will be responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and asset management function. You will maintain records and databases containing information for the management and control of the Group's hardware and software assets. Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure all requests for all hardware, software, services etc are recorded in ITSM tool and actioned within set SLAs * Ensure all products and services lifecycles are managed in line with the Standards Catalogue * Track orders and ensuring timely delivery, updating relevant parties where delays may occur * Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers * Ensure all Asset tracking information is correctly recorded and maintained within the ITSM tool * Organise couriers and raising any issues as they arise (e.g. products damaged in transit) * Ensure effective and regular stock taking of IT kit and software licensing * Ensure the Starters and Leavers process is actioned within set SLAs * Ensure Leavers kit is recycled either for reuse or correct disposal and recording such in ITSM tool * Assist Manager to keep to budget and look for cost and time saving solutions * Be a point of contact with existing and new suppliers, building and maintaining relationships * Work with finance colleagues to ensure that suppliers are paid in line with contracted payment terms * Other IT admin functions where needed Skills & Experience: Essential * IT systems and technology knowledge * Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail * Very good communication and demonstrated negotiation skills * Experience of working within a Procurement & Supply environment with a knowledge of associated systems * Ability to engage key stakeholders to work towards common goals in a complex environment * Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service * Experience in a fast paced, national and multi-site business * You are self-motivated, result driven and business oriented Other Skills - Desirable but not essential * Experience of budgets (opex & capex) * Experience of working within regulated business environments Are you a Davies Person?
