Job Description
Are you a fully qualified Registered Nurse looking for a new and exciting nurse management challenge? Are you interested in or have experience of managing a challenging behaviour unit? If so, then we have just the role for you! NG Healthcare is a private, large and prestigious complex care centre based in Trentham, Stoke on Trent, which provides personal and nursing care to residents aged 17+. We are a forward thinking, progressive, successful and growing business. We have 6 units across our site with a total of 155 bed spaces which over a variety of specialised care, each one managed by a Unit Manager. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager to be based on our Mayfield challenging behaviour unit. You will be responsible for the overall running of the unit supported by a Registered Nurse, Nurse Support Workers, Care Coordinators and Care Assistants. Experience in management and leadership of a unit are preferred however if you are a qualified nurse looking for your next career move you will also be considered for the role.
