Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) North Oxford Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and distribution, with the scale, capability and long-term partnerships that enable them to deliver the very best in product and service. It is also a growing business with an ongoing need to attract the very best talent, currently looking to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the highly regarded Human Resources team. The Role: A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is required to support the BPR programme team in delivering the business objectives. The HRBP will support the implementation of the new way of working specifically leading and driving Organisational design Implementation of new HR policies, practices and standard processes across the entire organisation Ensure wider implications are considered as part of the programme, Provide guidance on local legislation and approach, coaching local HR to implement change locally Responsibilities: Support the programme team with the implementation of the agreed people and organisational plan Lead the organisation design discussions with the business Provide the necessary HR expertise to support and drive the implementation plan Lead on all change impact analysis required by site aligned to the BPR deployment plan Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills: an ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders will be key. Support the change management process through the agreed and legally compliant forum within each Country to ensure legal compliance and that all employees affected are fully aware of how the changes may affect them individually. Work with the Group, Divisional, Regional and local teams to ensure that the organisational and people plan is appropriate for each function and location. Partner with the local country HR teams to work on practical and HR legally compliant solutions Support the other project and business teams in all related activities to ensure delivery on time. These activities will include the full development of detailed processes, data migration, system testing and end-user training. Assist in identifying any short term and longer-term risks and proposing any mitigating factors to effectively manage the risk Key Skills / Competencies: Ideally, the successful candidate will have a background in HR/change management in an international business environment with particular experience of working within a strongly process-oriented environment The HRBP should be professional HR qualified (CIPD or equivalent) with experience in leading large-scale organisation design and managing change in a highly complex environment. Experience of working in different territories is critical, and a proven track record of leading change across a region is essential, especially in Europe. Highly desirable experience would be to have been involved in implementing ERP systems within a global organisation previously.
