Your new company Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join them on a Permanent basis. You will be joining a small HR team within a growing consultancy based near central Oxford. Your new role As HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the small team. You will have responsibility for updating and implementing policies and procedures, recruitment processes and keeping up to date with employment law. You will also be responsible for preparations to payroll, including benefits administration and contractual changes. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role be able to demonstrate a history of operating at this level. You will have good coaching and management skills. A good knowledge of international employment laws would be an advantage for this position.
