HR Advisor Are you a proactive, detail-focused HR professional looking for a new challenge in a prestigious organisation? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HR generalist to join this central-Oxford based education establishment on a permanent basis. Not only will you provide end to end employee lifecycle support to staff across the business, you will work in a collaborative team, supporting with various HR initiatives. HR Advisor Responsibilities As the HR Advisor some of your main duties will include: Developing and implementing new HR policies Providing HR advice to managers Maintaining an accurate HR database Ensuring payroll data is accurate and processed accordingly Assisting with recruitment activity HR Advisor Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in a dedicated HR role, with an excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures.
