Finance Manager - London Job Type: Temp (possible temp-to-perm) Sector: Finance Location: London Salary: £350.00 - £400.00 per day I'm working with a Property Development company based in North London, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join them in their exciting new project. They're a forward-thinking company with a very innovative concept, looking for a like-minded individual to lead their growing team. This role will initially be on an interim basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. About the Role Managing the company financial information, including all statutory, Group and investor reporting. Delivering management information, to enable the management team to function and forecast appropriately. Preparing monthly financial dashboard and commentary for senior team, Group Finance and Investors. Building and improving the capabilities and processes within the finance team, creating a customer led Business Partnering function (through regular reviews, clarity of shared goals and regular recognition). Managing the annual budget process Using personal insight to recommend and initiate corrective action/changes to enhance performance (where appropriate). About You Qualified - CIMA, ACCA or ACA Operated within a fast paced, 7 day a week consumer led business (ideally) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Enthusiastic, energetic, innovative team player Evidence of developing key individuals, building a joined up culture and enabling empowerment Experience of producing regular management accounts and managing budgets Ideally have experience working for a Property Developer in a similar position If the above sounds like you, and you have relevant experience within the field, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with Subbia Polo on to discuss further.
