Overview

We are looking for someone like you to join us As a Support Worker, you will be working with service users living in Wrexham, Llangollen and the surrounding areas. You'll be a professional caregiver looking to make a difference to homeless and potentially homeless people and assist them with job seeking, accompanying people to health appointments and accurate record keeping. What we require With a minimum of 3 months of experience behind you, you'll be confident in your abilities as a caregiver. With fantastic organisational and people skills, you'll flourish in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will ideally be an experienced professional with a basic knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, Homelessness Law andDWP benefits. The right to work in the UK is a requirement, as is an in-date Moving and Handling certificate. Access to your own vehicle is beneficial but not required. For this role, we are also looking for caregivers with prior experience of caring for vulnerable people and dealing with service users with challenging behaviour.
