3rd Line Support Engineer Wrexham £32,000 Shortlist Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd line Support Engineer to join a well-established IT Services Provider in Wrexham. Our client has been providing IT support for over 30 years, they hold a reputation for delivering support through their friendly, expert engineers who make up their 1st class support team. We are currently looking for an experienced 3rd line Support Specialist who has help desk experience within either an IT support provider or a large software house. Required Skills for the 3rd line Support Engineer: * 3rd line support experience * Self-driven and innovative individual * VMware * MS Active Directory * MS Office 365 * MCP * Azure * Cisco * Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills * Strong team player * Excellent communication and people skills In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32K + attractive progression opportunity. This position is based in Wrexham and is commutable by car from Chester, Oswestry, Chirk, Mold and Whitchurch.
