IT Support Analyst £25,000 Wrexham Shortlist Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join one of our market-leading clients based in Wrexham. The ideal IT Support Analyst will be able to provide end-user support when required, will be able to ensure day-to-day security of all IT systems and also be able to take responsibility of configuring, installing and monitoring systems. Y ou will also be responsible for providing proactive support and responding within SLA time frames. Required skills: - Experience in a support environment - Active Directory - DNS/DHCP - Backup & Recovery experience - HyperV - Previous experience with Virus Protection We are looking for a sociable, high-calibre individual who is looking to work within a professional, fast-paced environment. The salary on offer for the IT Support Analyst role is up to £25,000 plus a range of attractive benefits and a fantastic company culture.
