BI Developer ( SSAS, PowerBI , Tabular/DAX ) Leatherhead 3 months initial (12 month project dependent on POC) £400 - £500 per day D.O.E A BI Developer ( SSAS, PowerBI , Tabular/DAX ) is needed to work for one of our market leading Transport clients based in Leatherhead for an initial 3 months engagement. Day rates of £400 - £500 depending on experience are on offer. As the BI Developer ( SSAS, PowerBI , Tabular/DAX ) you will come in on an initial 3 month project to deliver a POC replicating one of the businesses existing Multidimensional cubes written in MDX into a Tabular model using DAX and Azure Analysis Services, you will then assist on a like for like comparison creating the same reports in PowerBI sitting on top of both the existing cube and the new POC cube comparing the performance and quality to determine which is the best solution. Essential experience required for the BI Developer ( SSAS, PowerBI , Tabular/DAX ) includes: SSAS Building Tabular models DAX BI, Data Modelling within Azure Power BI in Azure Kimball / Star Schemas Solid on prem BI experience. Desirable experience required for the BI Developer ( SSAS, PowerBI , Tabular/DAX ) includes: Azure Analysis Services Replication from Multi Tabular and DAX Can look at the current world and translate that Mutidimensional / MDX.
