We are recruiting for an experienced Billing / Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. Our patients, customers and partners deserve the highest standards and we at Nuffield Health want to be the best and safest health and wellbeing provider so that everyone has an exceptional experience, inspiring patient and public confidence in our care. 2020 is a big year for the Finance team with significant programmes of change including the deployment of Workday Finance, Cloud Financials and GetPaid Collections as well as forming a Shared Service Centre to deliver credit management services for Nuffield Health's Wellbeing Business. The opportunity As the Billing Team Lead, you will lead and develop a newly recruited team of Billing Administrators for Nuffield Health's customers amongst one of our specific service lines. Other key responsibilities include: Ensure all relevant services are captured in the billing routines and all charges are accurately billed. Standardise the billing processes and ensure an optimal way of working is followed that meets the billing requirements of our customers and their platforms. Liaise with the relevant functions across Nuffield's operating model to ensure requests from the business and queries are communicated, registered and resolved. Partner with the Process Owner (OTC) to identify and resolve recurring billing issues and address underlying root causes of processing issues. The Person This role requires you to be a strong team leader with solid customer service and stakeholder management. You will demonstrate excellent invoicing / billing / accounts receivable experience gained within a shared service / finance operations environment and bring with you examples of where you have driven team engagement and continuous improvement.
