This is a great opportunity for a Billing Assistant with knowledge of aBILLity billing platform to join an established and growing Surrey based Telecoms / Managed Services Provider, who are experiencing rapid growth. With a history of longevity amongst the staff within a company, this successful Telecoms / IT Provider is on track to triple its revenues over the next few years, with associated scope for personal development. Salary range circa £26k to £30k depending upon experience plus benefits. Based in Epsom, Surrey. Key Role Guide for the Billing Assistant include: Oversee the day-to-day and monthly billing activities for mobile, NetCare, Telecoms Maintenance, LCR and fixed line clients. To manage, be accountable for and deliver an accurate and timely billing solution across all monthly bill runs. To deliver high quality billing & supplier management information on a timely and accurate basis. Billing Assistant candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Strong knowledge of the billing platform aBILLity. proven track record in Billing & performing 'Bill runs and reporting' within a Telecoms company. Energetic and enthusiastic, strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on with keen attention to details. Required to address complex, ambiguous, or non-standard situations. In return you can expect the opportunity for personal development as the company and customer base continues to grow at pace plus a salary in the range of £26k to £30k dependant on experience plus benefits, including: 28 days holiday (20 days plus Bank holidays) additional 1 day holiday for each full year of employment completed, capped at 30 days.
