Dual Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities £36,959 p/a £3,600 Car Allowance Epsom, Surrey 2 Residential Homes for adults with Learning Disabilities Introduction Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of award winning services ranging from Residential and Supported Living for adults with; Severe Challenging Behaviour, Learning Disabilities and Autism, with a remit to recruit for a new Dual Registered Manager to oversee two Residential Services based within Epsom, Surrey. Overview These 2 services are small in terms of their bed size, but highly complex in term of their offering and support. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with a diagnosis of; mild to severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour. (Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). As the Registered Manager, you will also hold the CQC Registration for both services, and must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to these levels of adults across both homes. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability of the CQC Registration of the provisions, and for the leadership and performance of these specialist Residential Services that care for those with; mild to severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC. Interview Process This will run over a 2-part process which will initially begin with an interview with Area Manager. The second stage will then take place with the Operations Director.
