Overview
An innovative, privately owned marketing group is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support an experienced Financial Controller through an exciting period of change. In addition to some more typical day to day tasks, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to gain exposure to a systems implementation, acquisition and integration work and general process improvement work to create a best in class finance function to make the business more attractive to prospective buyers. Candidates will, ideally, come from an audit background and be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Big 4 experience will be looked upon favourably but is not a pre-requisite. Candidates will, again, ideally have industry exposure and experience of month-end reporting, knowledge of what good looks like from a process perspective and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders. This is a unique role for an individual at a relatively early stage in their career to gain some really varied and valuable experience.
