Head of Product - Web Software Company - Central Nottingham - Up to £70k - Benefits Include; Flexi-time options, £1000 per annum towards personal development, annual companywide holiday and 25 days holiday The Role: I'm working with a growing web software company based in Central Nottingham who are looking for a talented and driven Head of Product to join the business and drive their product innovation forwards. Working across a range of clients spanning a variety of industry sectors, you will be centre stage when it comes to influencing the design and direction of the product. Reporting into the CTO, you will be working closely alongside the companies development team to understand the complexities of the product offering allowing yourself to be a key player in championing their modern project processes. As the Head of Product your responsibilities will cover a wide scope. Working to define the product evolution, you will be responsible for translating company goals into clear, well communicated product visions all while defining product roadmaps and taking responsibility for the end to end delivery of both new products and updated functionalities. Project management responsibilities and forming great relationships with colleagues and clients are also key duties within this position. The Skills: Have a solid background in software product management Ideally have a background working within a SaaS business Exposure to working on web application products Adept at project management within an agile environment UX focused, experienced in creating user stories and facilitating functionality build that is always easy to use Great communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills Experience in building successful cross-team relationships The Company: Based in the heart of Nottingham, this forward thinking, rapidly growing company work with a range of global clients including the likes of ASOS, Coca Cola and Barclays to deliver software solutions that make managing staff easier Following equity funding in 2017, this company have recently relocated to a new state of the art business premises where their plans for expansion continue to grow further.
