Facilities Manager - £16.80ph - Westbury Park, Bristol - Temporary Assignment - Immediate start An interesting opportunity has arisen to work for an innovative organisation that provides education and care for people with special needs. This role is based in Westbury Park, Bristol on a Temporary basis and is available with an immediate start. Our client is seeking an organised individual to assist with the closing of a site in an effective and sensitive fashion. It will be the Facilities Manager responsibility to organise all of the aspects of decommissioning a site of this nature. Facilities Manager Responsibilities: Ensuring safe storage and disposal of confidential files Providing cost effective dispersal of valuable equipment and property to other sites Organising the cleaning of the site and mothballing of the building Showcasing flexibility by completing tasks as and when they arise The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as being highly organised and assertive. Those with previous experience working in roles such as project management, Personal Assistance and of course facilities are urged to apply.
