The Role Organisation Management (OM) are responsible for the management of SL's hierarchical structure, including reporting lines. OM creates a structure that represents the real hierarchical structure of a business. It demonstrates the links between departments, positions, position attributes and the employees Monitoring of Adherence to the Organisation Design (OD) Principles. Provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders on process and procedure in line with company policy and OD principles. Ensure training processes are adhered to in relation to Organisation Management. Act as a point of contact for internal workforce in relation to OD Principles, OM process and system queries Key Requirements Can demonstrate proficiency in data management (seeking, retrieving, analysing and presenting information). Proven experience in delivering to challenging deadlines, using own initiative to overcome issues and blockers. Can demonstrate having positive team working skills. Can demonstrate having good communication skills. Capable of balancing priorities in a high paced environment. Excellent IT skills, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to interpret and transfer data accurately across a range of systems.
