We are looking for two OD Practitioners to join our team that can bring their experience, creativity and energy to help us meet this significant challenge. The role is varied and interesting; delivering OD interventions, training and programmes to support individuals, teams and divisions. You will be working with staff from across the organisation at every level, so exceptional communication skills, combined with the ability to build rapport and trust is key.
