Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Organisational Development who shares our ambition and vision in developing a compassionate and inclusive culture for our staff. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience working within the NHS with extensive knowledge of change management processes and people change initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic and developing team providing OD, leadership and professional development solutions for an evolving workforce ensuring the OD, leadership and learning service provision is current and developing to meet the changing needs of the organisation. We are looking for someone to work collaboratively with OD team colleagues and, on a project/portfolio basis, lead on the development, implementation, delivery and local management of quality programmes in line with organisational requirements to support organisational development. You will work in partnership with relevant leaders and key stakeholders, the role will take an active part in the delivery of the Trust People Strategy and the continuing development of an offer that not only serves the needs of the current organisation but most importantly aligns to the developing agenda as it evolves, promoting a positive and passionate focus.
