HR Business Partner, Band 8a Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust 37.5 hours per week At Oxleas, we provide integrated mental health, learning disability and community services across South East London and Kent, together with primary care and mental health services within Prisons. We have a highly skilled workforce of approx 4,000 people, who are dedicated to improving lives by providing the best quality care. The successful candidate will be based at Trust HQ at Pinewood House, near Bexley, Kent but this role will involve travel to our services across the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich. Being a key influencer in the development of and evolving Oxleas future culture, whilst supporting the embedding of true compassionate leadership, this newly created Organisational Development and Engagement Managers supports the People Directorate and Executive to put every person who works for Oxleas at the heart of everything we do. Sitting as a key member of the senior People Directorate leadership team this role will be instrumental in developing and implementing the Trust's strategic aims and People Strategy by having ultimate responsibility for leadership development, talent management and talent programmes (Including all apprentice strategies), staff engagement and the experience of all that work across the Trust to make Oxleas an outstanding place to work. As an advocate for effective people change, the successful person will utilise their significant expertise on a daily basis to contribute to the development and roll out of a programme that delivers sustainable change across the Trust. Engaging senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and organisational health by aligning the way we work to our value and behaviours is essential. This role will support the Trust's most strategically important programmes, designing, delivering and evaluating interventions alongside the HR Business Partners to improve team effectiveness and performance, whilst supporting the delivery of the organisational strategy through high level organisational design.
