Company Industry: Accounting; Financial Services; Real Estate Altus Partners have partnered with a leading property investor who is looking to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their growing team based in Central London. This FTSE 250 business is worth over £1bn and is known for having nearly 10,000 properties in its portfolio. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has achieved their ACA qualification within the past couple of years and is looking to move into a commercial finance role, as the business is offering extensive modelling training among other benefits. The Role - Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Business partnering for the development and operations teams - Support financial appraisal of new development opportunities - communicate relevant financial information to key stakeholders and Investment Committee - Support the review of and optimisation of asset and portfolio financial performance, understanding drivers and enhancing performance - Assess the impact of transactions and investments on group performance, namely impact on earnings and net asset value, in a format fully integrated with group forecasting - Challenge and stress test assumptions, interrogate reported numbers and understand key drivers to improve performance and assess scenarios and risks - Support financial due diligence of key counterparties The Candidate - Recently qualified accountant (up to 2 years post qualification) - Must be ACA, Big 4 preferable - Experience with the Real Estate sector - Team player with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical skills and mind-set
