Overview
We are looking for a proactive Hospitality and Events Sales Manager to work across the Copper Box Arena and London Aquatics Centre. You will manage all sales enquiries from start to finish and deliver an effective and efficient service liaising with the Hospitality team. You will have the ability to upsell and drive sales. You will manage the hospitality team and coordinate workloads and rotas. You will be responsible for the planning and operational delivery of all hospitality events. You will meet budgeted sales targets. This is a fun and exciting role and no day is ever the same, you will work full time (40 hours per week) across both sites. Main Duties: To sell, plan co-ordinate hospitality events. To follow up, chase and obtain deposits for all events. To raise final invoices and ensure the balance is received for all events. To ensure debtors report and weekly income reports are up to date. To promptly respond to all incoming enquiries, telephone, fax, e-mail and letters as directed. To review product content and pricing to for the Hospitality menus. Maintain accurate records for all contact with clients. Produce a catering function sheet for all site visits, events and in house meetings and distribute to the team.
