Maternity Cover Position - 12 Months Currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join a leading international Law Firm in the City of London. Excellent benefits & paid overtime... fantastic opportunity... immediate start... Hours: 37.5 hours per week This is on a rota operating between 7.00 am - 7.00 pm There is the opportunity to work overtime in this position Salary: 20,600 per annum + Overtime (Paid) Duties & Responsibilities: To take orders for refreshments over the telephone in a professional and friendly manner, both in advance of meetings and in response to ad-hoc queries from occurring meetings To prepare, deliver and serve tea, coffee and refreshments for meetings To prepare and serve sandwiches or cooked/buffet lunches as required To assist in the serving of food and drinks for client events in the evening (overtime is paid) To ensure that meeting rooms are cleaned after use and kept tidy at all times To provide a professional and friendly service to both internal and external clients To assist in keeping the silver, crockery and cutlery in good condition To maintain a safe, tidy and hygienic pantry area at all times Responsibilities: Maternity Cover Position - 12 Months Currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join a leading international Law Firm in the City of London.
