Overview

Our client is a Market Leader with a growing IT department who are looking to hire an IT Support Analyst located from their Corporate Head Office in Central Milton Keynes. As IT Support Analyst you will get involved with a variety of different duties from acting as the first point of escalation for any IT issues, troubleshooting with users over the phone, remotely and in-person on hardware, software and connectivity along with building and deploying new technology to the organisation. Our client is looking to hire a candidate with around 18 months of IT experience with impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills who pride themselves on delivering a high level of customer service and looking to grow a career in IT. Experience 12 – 18 months experience working in IT with well-rounded experience with hardware, software and connectivity. Strong knowledge troubleshooting and administering Windows 10 and Office365. Experience building, imaging and deploying laptop, desktops and handheld devices. Desirable experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration. Knowledge of ticketing systems, asset management databases and knowledge management platforms. Professional accreditations such as CompTIA A, MCP, MCDST or CCNA. Interpersonal Professional with high standards; Able to develop strong working relationships; Patient and understanding; Excellent communication skills – listening carefully and giving feedback; Driven, energetic, self-motivated and able to use initiative; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Strong organisational skills; Calm, considered approach when handling diverse demands; Able to work under pressure and to deadlines; Able to work independently and as part of a team.
