Overview
I am working with an exciting global brand in recruiting for an HRIS specialist with Xactly Incent systems experience. The role is initially a 3 month project and I am keen to speak to Xactly Incent experienced system specialists who can to hit the ground running with an immediate start. Key responsibilities will be to up-skill and train team members in configuration, analytics, and system admin as well as creating /modifying sales roles in Incent, building reports via Analytics and other tools, creating new sales plans in Incent, updating configuration in Xactly Incent, creating/improving technical tool documentation. I am keen to speak to those with configuration experience (Setting up new plans, KPIs/components, pay curves, payment calculations), reporting / Analytics experience (Creating new reports and modifying existing reports via the Analytics module) as well as system admin experience.
