Overview

Our Client a very busy £250m international contractor requires a Snr HVAC (mechanical) Project Engineer based in Central London working on a £25m commercial, mixed-use project sector with responsibilities which include, managing the Design Process and excution of design reviews from concept through to construction stage of including attendting pre-construction activities, such as Technical Submittals, drawings and 3D model review etc. You will also be expected to to attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for major plant items. and get involved with management and coordination of multiple subcontractors throughout project phases whilst liaising with suppliers to ensure the correct equipment and materials through the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities would include preparation and review of inspection, testing and commissioning documentation. The desired candidate will be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years min in the field of construction planning in Mechanical/Electrical contracting environment and knowledge of Package Procurement and Technical reviews.
