There is clear communication with the Group Research Director, business development, digital teams and community panellist and many more through flexible working hours, working remotely, laptops and phones provided to make sure you can deliver in your role. To give you an idea of the scale of working during a testing time like this, at the moment the whole company has managed to continue as they would in the office fully remote across multiple world wide offices. As you know, a Research Director is key to the continuations ticking of the talented research team you have at your disposal to deliver for the medium to large accounts across the board. You will be responsible for the KAM planning, development and execution to help drive growth and retention You will be the lead on quantitative and qualitative (online & offline) community project from quote to playing an active role with the client with additional support from directors Work with the team to achieve the team income and gross margins Lastly and most importantly, as the business continues to grow you will be an integral part of recruiting, developing and nurturing junior members of staff and identifying the needs of the team Knowing the recruitment person at the business as we have for many years, I can attest to the growth and scale of success there has been in this company over the past few years and have seen it for my own eyes on site and through recruiting across multiple offices.
